Stair adjustments
Stairs are high-visibility circulation areas where presentation and compliance need close attention. FCPR makes targeted corrections to stair surfaces, edges and risers: grinding, filling and adjusting stair profiles, improving tread and riser presentation, and preparing stair areas for coatings or final finishes. The work is measured and carried out in support of the site team's stair rectification for compliance.
Ready for handover
Before starting, FCPR reviews the defects and the finish the area needs to reach, and prepares and protects the surrounding work.
