Typical soffit scopes
Soffits often come out of the formwork with high points, dags, rough patches and local imperfections. FCPR's soffit and underside work includes:
- Removing high points, dags and rough concrete finish
- Patching visible underside defects and local imperfections
- Forming or repairing drip grooves in soffits for cleaner water control
- Improving presentation in exposed soffit areas
Working overhead
Soffit work is overhead work, so access matters. FCPR coordinates access with the scaffold and site conditions, prepares and protects the surrounding area, and uses grinders with vacuum extraction to keep dust under control while high points are taken down.
Defects are then patched and finished so the underside looks consistent, and the area is cleaned up ready for inspection, coatings or handover.
Talk to FCPR about your soffits
FCPR works with builders, strata, commercial and residential clients on soffit repairs, from a few local defects to larger exposed areas. Send the site location, the approximate area and a few photos through the quote form, or call to discuss access and timing.
